Shipping policy

We are currently using Nz Post/Courierpost for all shipping.

We offer Free shipping on all orders $100.00* and over throughout New Zealand. *Excludes NZ's smaller islands (eg Stuart Island, Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham etc). This does exclude Heavy and bulky items, trade orders. 

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.50 on all orders $99.99* and under throughout New Zealand. *Excludes NZ's smaller islands (eg Stuart Island, Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham etc). This does exclude Heavy and bulky items, trade orders. 

All orders will be sent tracked through NZ Post/Courierpost. Tracking details will be sent to you via email, alternatively, you can log into your account and view the tracking information. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear once you receive your tracking number email.  

All products that are ready made will be sent within 1 to 2 Business Days. 

Custom products can take up to 7 Business days to be shipped. In some cases we can have custom products ready to send earlier if this has been arranged prior to payment.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances (eg Strikes, Floods, Earthquakes, Covid disruptions etc)
